Concept: "YOU" is a brand. 2010 Adpeople internal e-learning recruitment campaign, executed on posters, notebooks, officesupply and e-mails,to motivate, inspire and empower employees to participate in e-learning classes, within advertising disciplines. The program was set in motion to teach, deepen and align workmethods and skillsets across departments within the international corporation, Enfatico WPP. The campaign carried a line of customized letterforms of the word YOU, playing with the idea of the many versions of YOU, and how YOU as a person grows and develops and changes through life. It reminded employees that YOU can take charge and drive your own development, pursue skillsets and competencies, ultimately shaping your own careerpath. The concept also worked well in recruitment branding, acknowledging human capital, and the fact that opportunities are attached to people.
